Saafir's expertise encompasses the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and compensation to HRIS implementation and global payroll management. He excels in leading complex, large-scale projects, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring meticulous compliance with intricate regulatory landscapes.
